Welcome to the Displaced Los Angeles resident and descendent registry: Palo Verde, La Loma, and Bishop

We are proud to announce the launch of the first official registry dedicated to the original residents and descendants of the three historic communities of Palo Verde, La Loma, and Bishop communities unjustly displaced from what is now known as Chavez Ravine.

This registry is a vital step in preserving our collective history, honoring our ancestors, and uniting our families. We are currently developing a monthly newsletter that will feature historical education, community updates, and exciting developments as we move forward together.

If you have historical documents, family photographs, or stories you would like to share, we warmly invite you to contribute to this growing archive.

To be part of the registry and receive the first edition of our newsletter, please subscribe to our email list. All subscribers will receive our updates directly and be part of this historic effort to reclaim and celebrate our roots.

Our history lives through us join us in preserving it.
